Ana Delia Hernandez, PsyD, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Clinical Psychologist who believes therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to be fully yourself. She is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, difficult life transitions, grief and loss, relationship challenges, and experiences that may have left them feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. With extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, crime, and complex trauma, Dr. Hernandez brings a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive approach to her work. She provides therapy in both English and Spanish, offering Spanish-speaking clients the opportunity to express themselves, process their experiences, and build meaningful connections in the language in which they feel most comfortable.
Dr. Hernandez earned her doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, where her doctoral research explored self-care and burnout among Latinx mental health clinicians serving trauma-impacted communities. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, focusing not only on the challenges that bring you to therapy, but also on the resilience, insight, and strengths you already possess. Whether you are healing from past experiences, navigating a major transition, working through relationship concerns, or recognizing that something in your life needs to change, Dr. Hernandez strives to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life and relationships you want.
